How it works
How it works
- Select a time and date for your consultation.
- Purchase your consultation, you will be emailed a digital history form to fill out and a zoom link for your appointment.
- Fill out the history form with as much information as you can. This must be submitted before your chosen consultation time.

- The digital history form must be submitted before your consultation. Failure to do so will led the postponement of your consultation.
- Consultations can be cancelled up to 24 hrs prior to the appointment commencing.
- Avian Empire hold the right to reschedule your consultation if needed.
- This service is not for emergencies and some cases may need to be referred to your local veterinary clinic for further diagnostics or treatments.
- Prescriptions may be issued on a case by case basis.
- Follow-up appointments included if necessary.
- For bird patients only.

Need to book a free follow up from your telemedicine consultation?
We’re committed to providing the best care for your feathered friends! That’s why we offer free follow-up consultation as part of our telemedicine service. If you have more questions or need further advice after your initial consult, you can easily book a follow-up at no additional charge.
Can't Find an Appointment?
If you can’t find a same-day appointment due to our schedule being booked, we offer urgent telemedicine consultations outside our usual hours. These appointments carry a slightly higher fee, but we’ll prioritise your booking and get you seen as quickly as possible.
