Baycox 2.5% Toltrazuril for Poultry & Birds
Baycox 2.5% (Toltrazuril) is a broad-spectrum anticoccidial treatment commonly used in poultry and birds for the management of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species. Toltrazuril works across multiple intracellular stages of the coccidia lifecycle and is widely used in poultry production and flock health management.
Coccidiosis is one of the most common parasitic diseases affecting chickens and poultry, particularly in young birds and crowded or damp environments. Infected birds may develop diarrhoea, poor growth, lethargy, reduced feed conversion, weight loss, bloody droppings, dehydration, and increased mortality in severe outbreaks.
Baycox is commonly used in broilers, breeders, backyard poultry, and other avian species under veterinary guidance. Early intervention and good biosecurity practices can play important roles in reducing environmental contamination and supporting flock recovery.
Clinical signs commonly associated with coccidiosis may include:
- Bloody droppings
- Weight loss
- Reduced growth
- Poor feed conversion
- Lethargy
- Reduced appetite
- Increased mortality in severe outbreaks
- Reduced flock performance
Available in 50ml and 1L bottles.
